When you complete the contact form we collect the fields you fill in: your name, company, email address, country, the service you are interested in, an approximate budget band, and the brief you provide. We do not collect anything else automatically through the form. The site does not set cookies or use analytics by default.
We use this information solely to read your enquiry, reply to you, and — if a project follows — to manage that engagement. Our lawful basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete it within 24 months. Where it does lead to a project, we retain the records for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by UK accounting and tax law (typically six years).
Form submissions are routed through Formspree (a third-party service) and delivered to our work email. Both Formspree and our email provider may process the data on our behalf as data processors. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email tumay@evcmn.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
