Experienced project manager and generalist by trade. Tumay founded EVCMN in 2019 after decades of tender, construction and investment work across Turkey, the Gulf and North Africa — and now leads every engagement personally.
Founded by Tumay Evcimen in 2019, EVCMN Ltd. was built on decades of project management and tender consultancy experience across Turkey, the Gulf and North Africa. The early work was classic: feasibility reports, tender dossiers, cost control, site supervision — the machinery that moves large infrastructure projects from brief to handover.
As clients changed, the practice changed with them. UK retailers and restaurants needed shelving, loading bays and cold rooms designed and specified. A marble workshop needed selection and application drawings. A Turkish engineering firm needed a Dubai trade show programme. A kitchen lift had to move from London to Ankara with full customs paperwork. We said yes to all of it.
Today EVCMN runs as one team across nine disciplines — built so that a single point of contact can walk a client from feasibility through to final acceptance, whether the deliverable is a 60-page tender dossier or a bespoke cold-room shelving layout.
We don't bounce briefs between silos. Each engagement has a lead — usually Tumay — and that lead stays with the project through to final acceptance.
We work across the UK, Turkey, the Middle East, Central-South Asia and Africa. Language, licensing and procurement norms are native territory, not obstacles.
